He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade H. Cunningham and Sarah R. Cunningham (Atwell); and his siblings, Catherine A. Hoppes, Helen E. Nygren, Marian Stadler, Mae Shoemaker, Charles V. Cunningham, James H. Cunningham, Wade E. Cunningham and Hugh D. Cunningham.
He is survived by: his children, Theodore E. Cunningham (Karen Ann), Kerry L. Bozung (Thomas T. Fawess) of Milton and Scott E. Cunningham. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
