Though Patricia J. may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred C. O'Neal and Carletta O'Neal (Hilscher). She is survived by : her husband James A. Wintersteen; and her children, James R. Wintersteen (Patricia) of Northumberland, Linda Nichols of Gadsden, Alabama and Eric J. Wintersteen (Tammy) of Bloomsburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
