It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn A. Lunger of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gomer W. Evans and Mary Evans (Correll); her husband Gary Earl Lunger; her son Stephen B. Lunger; and her brothers, Richard A. Evans and Rev. G. William Evans.

She is survived by: her sons, Gary J. Lunger (Juan) of Asbury Park, NJ and David A. Lunger (Tammy) of Tallahassee, FL; her daughter-in-law Lisa Lunger of Bloomsburg; her granddaughters, Kortney, Jennifer, Krystin, Megan and MacKenzie; her sister Nancy C. King (Brendan J., Jr.) of Wanaque, NJ; and her sister-in-law Karen Evans of Land. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
