She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph S. Howell and Helen C. Howell (Adams); her husband Richard M. "Dick" Kisner; her daughter Peggy Jo Kisner of Orangeville; her grandson Matthew Richard "Matt" Kisner; and her brother Jack A. Howell, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Dianne M. Hewitt of Lightstreet and Richard M. Kisner, Jr. (Melissa) of Lightstreet; her granddaughters, Laura Yocum of State College and Katie Burnett of Bloomsburg; and her sister Sally Matje of Mifflinville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
