Cook (Andres Covarrubias) of Hampstead, NC; her grandchildren, Marissa A. Cook of Trout Run and Kaleb J. Cook of Trout Run; and her brother Stanley C. "Butch" Breisch (Barbara Bayer) of Bloomsburg.
