With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard E. Stone Sr. of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Plymouth, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 14, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stone and Esther Stone (Voltier); his sons, Leonard E. Stone, Jr. and Jeffrey Stone; and his siblings, Thomas Stone, Robert Stone, John Stone, James Stone, William Stone, Jr., Harry Stone and Ruth Noto.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Higgins of Bloomsburg; his sons, Stephen Stone (Marisol), John Stone (Lori) of Plymouth, James Stone (Chris) of Honey Pot, Michael Stone (Jennifer) of Nanticoke and Chris Stone (Jennifer) of West Chester; his stepsons, Robert P. Snyder, Jr. (Kristina) of Nanticoke and Stephen A. Snyder (Brenda) of Williamsport; and his brother Patrick Stone of Plymouth. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, six step-great-grandchildren.
