She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry O. Fedder and L. Lois Fedder (Terwilliger); her spouse Zenith "Zeke" Wintersteen; her siblings, Robert Rupert, Bruce Fedder, L. Arline Levan and Elsie E. Kershner; and her great grandchild Tylar Shultz-Yuhas.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Shultz (Morris Gensel), Karen (Roger Carr), Jay Wintersteen (Edel), Brenda (Gary Appenzeller) and Marie Wintersteen (Terry Weaver); her grandchildren, Tom Shultz, Tanya Bauman, Clint Carr, Jason Wintersteen, Denise Yuhas and Crystal Lane; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Damien, Christian, Kyu, Becca, Mackenzie, Gen, Jonathan, Tristin, Logan, Savannah, Nathaniel and Gabriel; her great great grandchild Carter; and her sister Reba Mericle of Bloomsburg.
Memorial service will be held at a later date, once the threat of Covid-19 subsides.
