He is survived by: his parent Hazel Penman (Workheiser); his wives, Betty Reibsame and Betty Penman; and his children, Linda J. Shultz (Clifford) of Bloomsburg and Dennis Penman. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
