She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Polck and Carol Polck (Shaffer). She is survived by: her children, Edward J. Krogulski (Karen), Amanda Minary and Nicholas Krogulski (Shauna); and her sisters, Diane Woodruff, Danville, Tracy Boone and Bloomsburg. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
