He is survived by: his children, Laura N. (Glen Benes) of Bloomsburg, John C. Shively (Keri) of Bloomsburg, Kate (Alex Billmeyer) of Bloomsburg and Craig Shively of Bloomsburg; his grandchildren, Christopher, Zachary Kostantewicz, Mackenna Shively, Maddie, Aiden Snyder, Libby and Anna Grace Shively; his great grandchild Layne Cleary; and his siblings, Sue (David Lloyd), Tempe, Ariz, Thomas Shively, Clara (Thomas Veres), Tylertown and Toby Shively (Mary) of Eufaula, Ala.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
