He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McCormick and Isabel McCormick (Remick); and his siblings, Frank McCormick, Shirley Anspach, Gloria Lizardi and Jay McCormick.
He is survived by: his wife Cleo K. Murray; his daughters, Dennice Zeisloft of Bloomsburg and Teresa McCormick of Mifflinville; his grandchildren, Corey Zeisloft, Tina Zeisloft, Tabitha (Chris Cavanagh) and Samantha (Kaine Richway); his great grandchildren, Blaize, Tessa, Cameron, Jackson, Braydon and Colbie; his great great grandchild Dalton; his sister JoAnn Olshefski of Bloomsburg; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley "Annie" McCormick of Allentown and Betty McCormick of Bloomsburg.
