He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Marshall and Hazel Marshall (Kishbaugh); his children, Rebecca Marshall Temple and Timothy John Marshall; and his siblings, Sharon Bower and Donald Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy C. Lipovsky; his granddaughters, Miranda Temple, Emily Temple, Rachel Marshall and Mandy Young; his sister Judy (Jerry Pursel); and his brother-in-law Timothy Lipovsky. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
