He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Severn and Gertrude Severn (Mayan); his wife Helen P. Polk; and his sister Mary Brennan. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie A. Severn of Bloomsburg; his niece Kathy A. Stewart of Bloomsburg; his friends, Jan, John and Kim Barton; and his pets, Julie Ann and Sophie Mae.
