He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Babb and Lois Emma Babb (Travelet); his wife Alice Girton; and his siblings, Gladys Creveling, Robert Babb and Carl Babb.

He is survived by: his children, Barbara Babb (Peter Toran) of Lenox, MA and Robert "Bob" Babb (Gilly) of Baltimore, MD; and his grandchildren, Harrison Kobb of Brooklyn, NY, Jordan Kobb (Sarah Hoefle) of Boston, MA, Marin Kobb of Oakland, CA, Gillian Miller (Chris) of Dunkirk, MD, Olivia Babb of Baltimore, MD and Andrew Babb of Baltimore, MD..

Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wesley United Methodist Church (130 W 3rd St, Bloomsburg, PA 17815).
