He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Barratt and Mary Louise Barratt (Bringenberg). He is survived by: his significant other Laura S. Fetterolf; and his siblings, Mary M. Lechleitner, William J. Barratt of Mifflin Township, Eugene Barratt (Brenda), Carl R. "Pook" Barratt (Linda) and Michael G. Barratt (Diane Albertson).
