He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse R., Sr. and Amelia Hopper (Davis); his grandson Jesse Cabello; his brother Donald E. Hopper; and his stepparents, Nancy Hopper and Nevin Seidel.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Rodriguez; his children, Suzie (Joseph M. Onisick) and Jesse R. Hopper, III (Lisa) of Catawissa; and his sisters, Nancy (John Moyer), Pamela (Michael Kleintob), April (Andrew Milsap) and Tenn.
