He is survived by: his wife Darlene Y. Turner; his sons, Jeffrey O. Turner (Donna) of Bloomsburg and James A. "Jim" Turner, Jr. (Heather Kowalski) of Mifflinville; his grandchildren, Nicholas J. Turner (Hannah), Katherine G. Turner (Sawyer Brown) and Matthew P. Turner; and his siblings, Jon E. Turner (Shirley) of Bloomsburg, Elaine K. Snyder of Selinsgrove and D. Jane (Herbert Fritz) of Orangeville.
