He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Long; his children, Kenneth Shaffer of Bloomsburg, Kurtis Shaffer (Ginger) of Bloomsburg and Kristie Lee (Paul) of Bloomsburg; his grandchildren, Jaclyn Siepka, Hannah Lee, Bryan Shaffer and Mandy Morgan; and his great grandchild Curtis Yohey.
