She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd F., Sr. and Joanna Buckingham (Fice); and her husband William Frank Worthington. She is survived by: her children, Jody (Mike Williams), Christopher F. Worthington (Jennifer) of Harleysville and Dana (Jon Meyers); her grandchildren, Mason Worthington, Madison Worthington, Emily Meyers, Julie Meyers and Natalie Meyers; and her brother Boyd F. Buckingham, Jr. (Karen) of Washington.
