He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Carl and Helen Carl (Hampton). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor M. Carl; his children, Vickie A. Shaffer (Paul) of Stillwater, Douglas P. Carl (Sheila) of Berwick and Gary P. Carl (Lori) of Bloomsburg; his grandchildren, Kyle Shaffer, Jacqleen Laney (Matthew), Lindsey Carl and Bradley Carl (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Owen Carl and Amber Carl.
