He was predeceased by: his parent James Welliver; his grandchildren, Tammi Marie Myers and Michael Stuart Welliver; and his siblings, Harold Welliver, Carl Welliver, Geraldine Naus and Ruth Evans.
He is survived by: his parent Ada Welliver (Fairman); his spouse Ruth A. McBride; his child Connie E.; his spouse Thomas Myers of Bloomsburg; and also, Dale F. Welliver and Gerald A. Welliver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
