He is survived by: his wife Cathy Evans (Cat); his children, Tishia Miller (Scott) of Carlisle, Bambi Arnold (Kevin) of Etters, Ann Stoneroad (Thomas) of Halifax and Eugene Jr. (Jamie) of Beaver; his brothers, J. Charles, Mahlon (Lorrie) of York and Ivan (Pamela) of Halifax; and his grandchildren, Riley, Eric, Sarah, Jesse, Olivia of William, AJ, Toby and Ethan.
