He is survived by: his spouse Gail Ann Frantz (Skrip); his children, Kelly A. Frantz and Elmer O. Frantz III (Beth); his grandchildren, Riley E. Frantz and Elmer O. Frantz IV; and his sister Beverly Cleaver (Jeff) of Nescopeck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
