He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Swartz and Vera P. Swartz (Applegate); his wife Darlene A. Lehman; and his son Chad E. Swartz. He is survived by: his daughter Denise A. Hill (Mike A. Hixson); his stepchildren, Lesia (Michael "Eric" Malencore) and Todd Diehl (Yvonne); his stepgrandchildren, Caitlin Malencore, Michael Malencore, Mason Diehl and Gavin Diehl; and his sister Georgia (Gary Ortman). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
