He was predeceased by: his parent Fiorangelo Spezialetti; his wife Mary Agnes Brady; and his siblings, Rose Milore, Josephine Pantalone, Nicholas Spezialetti, Joseph Spezialetti, Moris "Mim" Spezialetti, Louis Spezialetti and Thomas Spezialetti.
He is survived by: his parent Carmella Spezialetti (Sichetti); his sons, Christopher L. Spezialetti and Brian D.; his grandchildren, Gina Conallen, Leah Costa, Alicia Spezialetti and Dominic Spezialetti; his great grandchildren, Francis Conallen and Leo Conallen; and his sisters, Delores Orlando of Berwick, Emma Potothnak of Berwick, Mary Cicini of Berwick, Lena Hnylanski of Berwick, Jeanette Tomassacci of Berwick and Edith Marsicano of Berwick.
