He was predeceased by: his father Allen Daniel Baylor. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Leona Baylor (Lesnefsky) of Bloomsburg; his son Matthew Allen Baylor (Rachel) of Bloomsburg; his grandson Jack Wyatt Baylor; and his sisters, Dr. Kathy E. Baylor Giorgio (Domenic) of Bloomsburg and Karen D. Baylor of Kulpmont. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
