He was predeceased by: his parents, William Artley and Rhona Artley (Bauman). He is survived by: his wife Linda E. Artley; his children, Angela K. (Darrin Trombley) of Berwick and Kristopher G. Samuels (Tara) of Bloomsburg; his brother Steve Artley of Hershey; and his parents-in-law, Herschel H. and Marlene Klinger of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
