He is survived by: his parents, Randy Harner of Sunbury and Deanna Harner (Snyder) of Bloomsburg; his wife Jerissa Harner of Bloomsburg; his children, Sierra of Bloomsburg, Karlee of Bloomsburg and Bryce Harner of Bloomsburg; and his brothers, Curtis of Bloomsburg and Randy Harner of Bloomsburg.
