He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner H. Reigle and May C. Graham (Girton); and his brother Clyde W. Mensinger. He is survived by: his sisters, Pollyann J. Siciliano of Bloomsburg, Corada Earlston of Bloomsburg, Lenore (Carl J. Risch) of Bloomsburg, Dolores Bennett of Orangeville and Carol (Richard Martin) of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
