He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Kuczynski and Helen Kuczynski (Felegie). He is survived by: his wife Kay Michael; his daughter Stacie Maschuck (Andy); and his siblings, Helen "Helcha" Frey, Kathryn Yannes (James Yannes), Christine Hollabaugh, Dennis Kuczynski (Cathy) and Terrence Kuczynski (Mary Ann). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
