He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Ulshaffer and Nancy K. Ulshaffer (Kranik). He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly C. Heuermann (Peter) of Bloomsburg and Aimee Neiswender (Justin Lynn) of Renovo; and his grandsons, Chase Crawford of Bloomsburg, Jude Heuermann of Bloomsburg and Evan Heuermann of Bloomsburg.
