He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Douglas and Victor Douglas of Bloomsburg, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Gregory Douglas (Darlene) of Lancaster, Jeannine M. Shugar (Ronald) of Bradford and Kevin W. Douglas (Marlene) of Hooper, UT.; his grandchildren, Nathan (Jill), Ryan, Irene, Sterling, Isiaah, Grayson, Makala, Harper, Joshua Rachel (Shayna), Benjamin, Andrew and Charlie; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Bella and Adrienne.
