Kibler (Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 1, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Sr.; her husband Leo L. Kibler, Sr; her children, David A. DeFrain and Louise A. Kraynak; and her siblings, Eva "Joanne" Fink, Marilyn Musselman, Donald L. Fowler, Jr., Ronald N. Fowler and Andrew N. Fowler.
She is survived by: her parent Helen Fowler, Sr. (Remaley); her son Frederick DeFrain, Jr.; her wife Frances of Hetlerville; her daughter Patricia DeFrain Francis of Bloomsburg; and her brother William Fowler (Ruth) of Berwick. She is also survived by grandchildren; numerous cherished great grandchildren; several adored great great grandchildren.
