With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty J. Bowman of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 8, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Shultz and Fanny Belle Shultz (Evans) of Bloomsburg; her husband John R. Bowman; her siblings, Ernest, Harry Shultz and Maxine Kase; and her grandsons, Nathan Bowman of Bloomsburg and Cory Lemon of Bloomsburg.
She is survived by: her children, Susie, Donald Bowman (Kathy), Susan Snyder (Greg), Jim Bowman, Tom Bowman (Kelly) and Sandy Bowman Burgess; her sister Charlotte (Ken Girton); her sister-in-law Gloria Shultz; and her close friend Diesel. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
