He was predeceased by: his sister Jean Smith. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Stacy Stilley (John) and Thomas M. Smith Jr.; his daughter-in-law Christine; and his grandchildren, Brittany Vukicevic (Goran), J. T. Stilley (Sarah), Jake Stilley, Josh Stilley (Kelsey) and Serena Smith.
