She was predeceased by: her parents, John Butterhof and Agnes (Catullo); and her sister Nancy Ostrowski (Paul) of Highland Park. She is survived by: her husband Bob Iannacchione; her son Brad Iannacchione (Carolyn); and her granddaughter Nicole.
In lieu of flowers or Mass, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be made to the Allegheny Health Cancer Research Center.
