She was predeceased by: her parents, John Slavonic and Julia Slavonic (Novotney); and her son Ed Thomas. She is survived by: her son Mark Jacobson; her granddaughter Christa Thomas; and her caregiver Shirl Saunders. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and cousins.
