It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine R. Milliken of Blawnox, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard L. Milliken; her child Thomas Claybaugh; and her sibling RJ Brandt. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Claybaugh and Darlene Bristol (Mark); and her sister Mary Allen (Eddie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
