He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Tipinsky Lewis and William D. Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Christine Lewis Flatt (Robert Flatt), Gina Lewis, Matthew Lewis (Allison Kowalewski) and Kaylee Brenner; and his siblings, William Lewis (Julie Lewis), Debbie Wilhelm (Blaine Wilhelm), Helen Atkinson (Al Atkinson) and Pat Bramini. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
