She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann Shields (Joe), Mary Ann Bogner and Ed Cassidy (Elaine); her grandchildren, Joe Shields (Cynthia), Alexis Lutz, Meg Hernon (Nick), Devin Cassidy (Paige) and Katelyn Cassidy; and her great grandchildren, Joey Shields, Caroline Shields and Hailey Hernon.
Passed away on June 15, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer disease.
