He was predeceased by: his sibling Rose Trapani; and his parent Louis Parks. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Parks and Gary Parks (Colleen); his grandchildren, Danielle Parks, Meghan Uniatowski (Dan) and Zachary Parks (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Ryder and Ava Uniatowski; his siblings, Eleanor Orlowski, Margaret O'Shea, Fred Parks, Donald Parks and Mary Ann Labriola; and his parent Lena Parks (Cavalieri). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
