He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie F. Ketterer (Peffel); and his sister Edith L. Nakovich. He is survived by: his sons, Franklin L. Ketterer, Jr. of Holiday, FL and Donn P. Ketterer of St. Petersburg, FL.; and his brother Edward R. Ketterer.
