She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Scott and Ethel M. Scott (Herman); her husband James A. Frank; and her siblings, John and Mildred Matthew.
She is survived by: her son Daniel J. (Deb); her grandson Eric Frank (Mary Beth); her stepgrandchildren, Dustin, Patrick and Casey Murtagh; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Evan and Emma; and her sisters, Louella Kovaloski of Apollo and Judith Chilcote of Camp Hill.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions the family will have a private visitation and service.
