He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Bouch and Eleanor E. Bouch (Wolfe); his wife Helen M. Harpster; his sons, James and Raymond; and his siblings, Robert, Norris, William, Eugene, Thomas, Ronald, Dora Potter, Mary Harcleroad, Catherine Vaughn, Mae Gill, Bertha Simmons and Ida Surgeon.
He is survived by: his children, Georgetta M. McElheny (George) of Glasgow and David B. Bouch of Blandburg.
