Phillips, Jr. of Tipton and Mary Lou Ryder; her siblings, Margaret C. Alley (Jim) of Blandburg, Melvin D. Fortney, III (Jean) of Kinston, NC., John A. Fortney (Kelly) of Gallitzin and Tammy L. Merritts (Ron) of Altoona; and her close friend Dan Ryder of Blandburg.
