He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Irvin and Orpha R. Harber Irvin; and his siblings, Shirley Baker, Leslie, R. David, Bernard, Sheldon and Carl E. "Skip" Irvin.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia J. Kramer; his son William C. "Billy" Irvin; and his sisters, Roberta Muthler of Castanea, PA and Hope Marston.
