He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" R. Irwin and Margaret Irwin (Cummings); and his siblings, Daniel Irwin and Gail Brunner. He is survived by: his wife Frances "Fran" Irwin (Schmidt); his sons, Jack F. Irwin (Lisa) of Canonsburg and William "Bill" M. Irwin of West Deer; his grandchildren, Colton and Ashley Irwin; his siblings-in-law, Jane Ebbitt Irwin of Plum and James Brunner of Fla; and his pet LuLu.
