He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Dietz and Minnie Gray Dietz; his brothers, Sheldon Dietz and W. Kenneth Dietz; and his daughter-in-law Amy Dietz.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cowher Dietz; his children, Linda Walker (Tom) of Mill Hall and Kevin Dietz of Port Matilda; his grandchildren, Nicholas Dietz (Meredith), Lauren Gerst (Nathan), Morgan Walker and Julie Dietz; his great grandchild Harper Rae Gerst; and his sister Charlotte Lansberry of Blanchard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ray's name to the Liberty Baptist Church through the funeral home.
