He is survived by: his children, Drew Lucas (Carole) of Lock Haven, Ryan Dullen of Blanchard, Christopher Lucas of Blanchard and Jolean Lucas (James) of Lock Haven; his brother Charlie Lucas (Barbara) of Florida; and his nieces, Amy Lucas-Clendenin (Nate) and Tracy Lucas of Nebraska.
