With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Willis John Kindred Sr. of Blakeslee, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Kindred; and his brother-in-law David Williams. He is survived by: his wife Melonie J. Kindred (Peters) of Blakeslee, PA; his children, Brad Compton (Georgina Eden) of Bangor, PA, Samantha Kindred (Chad Pysher) of Mt. Bethel, PA, Willis J. Kindred Jr. (Megan) of Bangor, PA, Stephanie Kindred (David Burrier) of Roseto, PA, Matthew Kemmerer of Effort, PA, Alysha Kemmerer of Bethlehem, PA, Donald Kemmerer III of Effort, PA and Amanda Kemmerer of Effort, PA.; his grandchildren, Grace, Kaylee, Kyle, Karmella, Dwayne, Priscilla, Brystol, Archer, Zoe and Avery; and his siblings, William Kindred of Wind Gap, PA, Mary Williams of Wind Gap, PA, Larry Kindred (Cathy) of Brodheadsville, PA and Vanessa Doherty of East Bangor, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roseto Rod & Gun Club (30 Shooktown Rd, Bangor, PA 18013).
